Terms and Conditions
- All first orders are accepted only with credit card payment or prepaid by check (NO COD). Beadworx is shipped FOB Miami, FL.
- Extol Accessories, Ltd. accepts Visa, M/C, Amex and Discover. Credit Card will be charged only upon shipping.
- Credit card information must be provided at time of order submittal. Orders will not be confirmed for fulfillment without credit card information on file in our system.
- Prepayment may be made with a company check and must include freight charges of 15% If shipping is other than UPS and/or outside continental US, freight charges must be provided by our warehouse prior to check submission.
- Orders prepaid by check will ship upon bank clearance.
- Net 30 terms are available only after submission and approval of complete credit references. Credit references can be faxed to 727-944-5998 or order on the website via our Contact US page on www.wholesale.beadworx.us.
- If credit card payment is made on an invoice after 30 days, a 3% charge will be added to invoice.
- Past Due invoices are subject to a late fee of 5% of invoice total accrued every 30 days.
- Reorders on delinquent accounts will not be shipped until account is current. Approved credit terms are put on hold for all accounts in arrears by 45 days or more
- Orders will not be reserved for longer than 4 months from date of order without a 50% deposit.
