Shipping Policy

• Orders shipped FOB Extol Accessories Warehouse, Miami FL via USPS Priority unless specified otherwise. All shipments required to ship with other carriers, i.e.: FedEx, DHL etc. (including freight collect) will be assessed actual p/u fees charged by carrier.

• Shipping charges are based on actual weight plus minimum packing and handling fees.

• All merchandise is carefully packed and undamaged when shipped.

• Please report any shipping damage immediately to 727-944-5944.

• We reserve the right to either issue a freight claim for damage returns or replace product at no additional freight cost and/or apply credit refund.
